As 'consumer' we mean any individual who accesses and acquires branded products CATHERINE PARRA at catherineparra.com exclusively for personal purpose and different from others proper to trade, business or eventual professional development. Therefore, the acquisition of branded products CATHERINE PARRA at catherineparra.com for further transaction in any trade, business or professional relationship is not authorized; the relationship being held through this site is in any way a final consumption or B2C relationship on itself.
According to its own trade policy, CATHERINE PARRA reserves the right to reject orders placed by individuals who access and perform at catherineparra.com and which could be considered, under CATHERINE PARRA‘s criteria, different from regular 'consumer' or inconsistent with a B2C relationship or not complying with the above trade policy.

The supplier is responsible for any defective item in accordance to Law 23/2003 of 10 July, of Spanish Legislation, on Guarantees on Sale of Consumer Goods , which recognizes the consumer's right to have it repaired, replaced, a price reduction or return.
You can pay your order by credit card. The total amount will be debited from your account. The purchase will become effective only after the confirmation of your bank.
In case the VPT (virtual payment terminal)refuses the card, the order will be automatically cancelled. The customer will be informed online about the refusal. In this case, you should contact your bank.
Your card can be refused due to the following reasons:
- Card has expired. Check the expiry date of your card.
- Credit limit has been exceeded. Check with your bank the credit limit of the card.
- Details are wrong. Check you have introduced correctly all the compulsory information.

If you have done your payment, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone +34 93 2122656; if possible, please send the swift document.
If for any circumstance, that we hope it does not happen, you are not fully satisfied with the product receipt, you have a 14 days period from the receiving to communicate us the return of the goods. For this purpose, we would be grateful if you contact us by writing at email@example.com and shortly we will respond by giving a Return Code, which must be used to fill out the form inside the product box. Without this Code, no reimbursement will be made. Aiming to improve our products and services, we would appreciate if you could detail the reasons for return in the form below inside the box.
Once receipt of the Return Code you will be entitled of 14 days period to refund the goods. The package must be received at CORNELIE MODE s.l. within 15 days of receipt of the Return Code. From the reception of the goods, CORNELIE MODE s.l. will refund the price paid, in a maximum term of 30 days.
The address for any product returns must be made to: CORNELIE MODE s.l. Pasaje Maluquer 18 (08022) Barcelona SPAIN. CORNELIE MODE SL will not take on any transportation costs for returning the product.
This return policy is governed by Spanish law.
The delivery is free of charge for all countries.
